Chartway Federal Credit Union, Virginia Beach, Va., announcedthe re-election of three individuals as members of the board ofdirectors. Judith P. Sparrow was re-elected as board chairman;Melvin S. Mizelle was re-elected as treasurer; and Robert O.Holmes, Sr., was re-elected as a director. All were re-elected tothree- year terms.

Dupaco Community Credit Union, Dubuque, Iowa, announced that RonMussehl and Renee Poppe were elected to two- and three-year terms,respectively, on its board of directors. Richard J. Burgmeier andJ. Stephen Chapman were re-elected to serve three-year terms.Burgmeier was re-elected as chair of the board and Chapman wasre-elected to a committee chair position. Jeffrey L. Gonner, KeithJ. Thecredit union also announced the promotion of Joe Quihuis to chiefinformation officer and director of finance. Quihuis has been withthe credit union for over 10 years in its accountingdepartment.
