|CUNA's 2008-2009 Technology and Spending Report said nearly 70%of the credit unions of $200 million or more that it surveyed saidthey were planning to use virtual server technology within the nextthree years.
|The white paper looks at the benefits of virtualization, citingexamples such as $171 million Heritage CU in Madison, Wis., goingfrom 16 server boxes to two host machines and $3.5 billionMid-Atlantic Corporate FCU in Middletown, Pa., going from 100 toeight.
