MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Share One Inc. will be converting SEMC FederalCredit Union of Edgewood, Ky., to the Memphis-based CUSO'sNewSolutions core processing platform.

Bennie Hoppius, president/CEO of the $20 million credit union,cited functionality issues such as having a Windows-based operatingsystem and ability to extract reports for targeted marketing asreasons for changing from its current legacy system.

Share One now serves more than 60 credit unions. SEMC(www.semc-fcu.org) currently runs on a core system from R.C.Olmstead Inc. of Dublin, Ohio, according to the credit union's 5300Call Report.
