CLEVELAND — A big California credit union has become the 400thCU to use the enterprise content management solutions ofCleveland-based Hyland Software Inc.
|Premier America CU of Chatsworth, Calif., said it plans to usethe OnBase tools. to streamline business processes and improverecords management for compliance purposes and to enhance memberservice.
|“OnBase's functionality … will enable us to easily manage thelifecycle of our documents while allowing us more time to focus onmember service and not manual tasks,” said Bill Lortz, vicepresident of technology at $1.4 billion Premier America(www.premier.org).
|Hyland Software (www.hylandsoftware.com) now has about 7,000total clients, the company said. Its ECM solutions include documentimaging and management, workflow tools, COLD/ERM and recordsmanagement solutions.
