WASHINGTON — The Federal Reserve Board has announced that its Consumer Advisory Council will hold its next meeting Oct. 26.

The 9 a.m. meeting will take place at the Fed's Martin Building in Washington, D.C., and is open to the public. Those interested in attending should register by Tues., Oct. 24 at https://www.federalreserve.gov/secure/forms/cacregistration.cfm. Photo identification will be required for entry. The event should conclude by 12:30 p.m.

The Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act, nontraditional mortgage products, and affordable housing are on the agenda for the meeting. Written statements on these subjects can be submitted to Kyan Bishop, secretary of the Consumer Advisory Council.
