EWING, N.J – Credit Union of New Jersey and Trenton Times Employees Federal Credit Union have merged effective June 1.
|Faced with its main sponsor scaling back operations in the Trenton, New Jersey area and wanting to expand its product offerings, the $1 million TTEFCU started the search for a merger partner to provide long-term stability for its 300 members. According to TTEFCU execs, CUNJ with three of its branches in Trenton made for a natural merger partner.
|CUNJ has $207 million in assets and serves some 33,700 members.
