LOUIS - Anheuser-Busch Employees' Credit Union and itsdivision American Eagle CU are reaching out to theirSpanish-speaking members by launching a Spanish-language Web site.Designed to complement existing Spanish print brochures, the site,which features membership applications, product and service"brochure" pages, information on the credit union's Member Rewardsprogram and other general information, represents another step inABECU's many new market initiatives. Currently Spanish-speakingmembers also enjoy access to a bi-lingual call center agent and theTele-Interpreters service. "Hispanics are the fastest growingminority group in the United States. While the percentage of ourcurrent members who speak Spanish is small, the potential is greatin many of our branch areas such as California, Texas and Florida,"said ABECU Marketing/Communications Manager Paula Anderson.
