Actors Federal Credit Union, New York, Board Treasurer Robert Keller has died at the age of 68. Keller started his career at AFCU in 1975 as branch manager. During his tenure, Kreller worked in several departments including loans where he closed on an estimated 11,000-plus loans. At the time of his retirement in February 2000, Keller was head of the accounting department and continued in his post as Board Treasurer. Xerox Federal Credit Union, El Segundo, Calif., Board Director Romeo Doty has died. Doty was the longest-tenured board member. Over the years, he was an active member of several committees and served on a new CUSO Board when the credit union established XCU Capital in 1987. Under his leadership, innovative new services at the time were introduced including ATMs and AudioXpress. Doty had recently relocated to the Orlando, Florida area and is survived by his wife Cassandra. Dort Federal Credit Union, Flint, Mich., has announced that longtime Board Chair Jack Madison has died. Recently recognized for his 25 years of volunteer service, Madison's dedication to service helped the credit union membership increase nearly 25%. During his tenure at the credit union Madison also received several awards for his education efforts including the Filene, Raiffeisen and Bergengren Awards.
