<p>Kelly Tyler Federal Credit Union, Tyler, Texas, President/CEO Scott L. Rose has received dual certifications from CUNA. Both the Certified Credit Union Executive and Certified Financial Services Professional designations were awarded to Rose upon completion of an intensive educational program. Capital Communications Federal Credit Union, Albany, N.Y., has presented David Jurczynski the "Management Leadership Award" for 2001. The Management Leadership Award is a recognition program for those managers/vice presidents who demonstrate superior leadership qualities. The management team nominated Jurczynski for his guidance and leadership in the long-term strategic planning and budgeting process. In addition, several employees have been presented the "Dare to Soar Award". This award is given to employees for their out-of-the-ordinary acts or efforts to benefit members, staff and volunteers. Award recipients include Phil Barrett; Nancy Durivage; Julie Hughes; and Stacey Lusi. Robins Federal Credit Union, Warner Robins, Ga., has recognized teachers and paraprofessionals at Lindsey Elementary for their hard work and dedication to their students. Representatives of Robins Federal Credit Union presented each of the teachers and paraprofessionals with a gift that included a Robins Federal mug containing a gift certificate and treats. In addition, RFCU has touched the hearts of the Elberta Nursing Home and patients at the Houston Medical Center. Students at Westside Elementary made paper Valentines of various shapes and sizes and RFCU employees then delivered the 190 paper hearts to the appreciative recipients to help celebrate Valentine's Day.</p>
