I believe it is an excellent idea for NCUA to conduct an open budget briefing and public forum to discuss their budgeting process and listen to comments from the public. I also believe the overabundance of praise being heaped upon NCUA for conducting the forum should be kept in check until we see if they actually act on any comments or suggestions presented at the hearing.
