Hannaford Bros. Company has asked RedBrick Health Corp. to help more Hannaford employees choose health coverage, shop for health care and improve their health.

Hannaford Bros., Scarborough, Maine, a supermarket company, began testing the Consumer-Owned Health program from RedBrick, Minneapolis, on 2,000 employees and dependents in June 2008.

Hannaford Bros. now is offering the program to all 18,000 employees and dependents who are eligible for health benefits.

The program includes a financial rewards system for employees and dependents who participate in wellness and condition management programs, RedBrick says.
