NU Online News Service, April 23, 1:21 p.m. – Pivot/Info-One, Campbell, Calif., is introducing VARDS Online, a system that makes detailed information about variable annuities, variable life insurance policies and mutual funds available through the Web.
The system also provides a variety of tools for analyzing variable products.
The system combines VTR Plus, a variable annuity analysis system, with the VARDS database.
VARDS Online will provide daily contract updates based on documents filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Pivot says.
Other features will include contract data profiles, side-by-side product comparisons, sub-account performance analysis, and sales, asset and net flow analysis, Pivot says.
Pivot is a unit of Wachovia Corp., Charlotte, N.C.
