NU Online News Service, Oct. 22, 10:21 a.m. – Minnesota has a number of bills regarding long-term care insurance pending until 2002.
One is a bill that would increase the state’s long-term care insurance income tax credit from $100 to $250, says Dominica Sposeto, lobbyist for the Minnesota Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.
“It was not enacted last year but is still alive for the 2002 session,” he says.
