MIAMI—Four Seasons Tower just inked four new office space leases. That puts the leasing tally at 1441 Brickell at over 18,000 square feet since last summer—and all of the leases have been with new-to-market tenants. Cushman & Wakefield director Gordon Messinger represented Millennium Partners, the building’s owner, in the transactions.

Messinger was named exclusive leasing agent at Four Seasons Tower in 2014 after occupancy fell to 60% in the wake of significant tenant departures. He has since closed more than 81,000 square feet of new leases in the office building, bringing occupancy to nearly 100% with more new leases in the works.
