Broadstone Lincoln Earns LEED Platinum

PHOENIX—Alliance says its 264-unit, Scottsdale-area development, Broadstone Lincoln located at 7100 E. Lincoln Dr., was recently awarded LEED-H Platinum Certification. This marks Alliance’s second development nationwide to achieve this level of certification.

“Alliance is very proud to achieve LEED-H Platinum certification with Broadstone Lincoln — we took great care in developing this property pursuant to the sustainable standards inherent in the LEED-H program and exceeded our target with the Platinum certification,” says Ian Swiergol, Alliance’s managing director of development for the southwest region. “Broadstone Lincoln is a unique project that attracts a very discerning demographic and the certification is a testament to our efforts.”
