A JV Partner: The Next Stage for 4040 Wilson

ARLINGTON, VA-This will be the final building in Shooshan's ambitious Liberty Center complex.

ARLINGTON, VA-Brandywine Realty Trust and APA, IV, an affiliate of The Shooshan Co., are partnering to build 4040 Wilson–the long-anticipated 426, 900 square-foot office building in Arlington’s Ballston submarket. The project will move forward once an anchor tenant is secured. Meanwhile the developers are moving forward with site prep work now.

The 20-story building is the final phase in Shooshan’s eight-building, 2.25-million square foot mixed-use, Liberty Center complex that is located within walking distance of the Ballston Metro Station.
