Ensign-Bickford Acquires 265-Acre Biz Park

MOORPARK, CA-Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense of Simbsbury, CT has acquired a 265-acre office, manufacturing and warehouse campus from WP Carey & Co. after leasing the property for more than a year. The complex includes 166,628 square feet of buildings situated at 14370 White Sage Rd., just off the Simi Valley 118/23 freeways.

Bill Kiefer of the Ventura County office of Encino, CA-based NAI Capital, who represented the buyer along with Tim Foutz of the NAI Encino office, noted that the original occupant of the property, Special Devices Incorporated’s Defense & Aerospace Group, was acquired by Ensign-Bickford in March of last year. Seller WP Carey was represented by Nick Gregg and Sterling Champ of CB Richard Ellis.
