Newly Built Luxe Leases All 50 Units

SANTA MONICA, CA-The project by NMS Properties, which opened in October, fills all of its units at rents that start at $2,500 and cap at $5,200 for penthouses.

SANTA MONICA, CA-The 1548@ Luxe, an apartment project by developer NMS Properties that opened in October, has filled all 50 of its units at rents that start at $2,500 and cap at $5,200 for penthouses, according to Jim Andersen, chief operating officer of NMS. The development is one of 40 multifamily projects totaling 1,400 units in the metropolitan Los Angeles area that NMS owns.
