Jones Lang LaSalle Opens North L.A. Office

SANTA CLARITA, CA-Jones Lang LaSalle has expanded its Los Angeles operations with the opening of a new full-service North Los Angeles corporate office here. The new corporate office will house executives with expertise in tenant representation, agency leasing, industrial services, corporate solutions, and project and development services.

Key leaders include 20-year veteran and managing director Jim Lindvall, who will spearhead the expansion of the firm’s office market leasing presence in the North Los Angeles market; 14-year veteran and executive vice president Nigel Stout, who will strengthen the firm’s industrial presence; and Kelly Kane, specializing in project and development services operations supporting brokerage and accounts teams in the office, retail and industrial sectors.

Jan Pope, Southwest market director for Jones Lang LaSalle, describes the opening of the new office as a recognition that the North Los Angeles market “is a strategic region for our Southern California operations.” The new office, at 21080 Centre Pointe Parkway, is JLL’s sixth in Southern California.
