REM Launches Real Estate Florida

NEW YORK CITY-Real Estate Media, the publisher of GlobeSt.com and Real Estate Forum magazine, is rolling out its newest regional publication: Real Estate Florida.Rosanne Versaggi has been named associate publisher for the magazine.

The glossy, four-color publication will launch as a special supplement to the June and November 2007 issues of Real Estate Forum, reaching almost 18,000 executive-level Florida industry decision-makers, plus 5,000 key national and international institutional investors, lenders and commercial space-users.

Real Estate Florida will offer analysis of a wide range of industry topics, including coverage of key economic indicators, property-performance data, demographics, development trends, space-demand generators, investment-sales activity and legal and tax issues. It will also examine major transactions across the state and profile leading Florida firms and property professionals.

Versaggi joins Real Estate Florida from Black’s Guides, where she served as publisher for the Tampa Bay, Southwest Florida and Metro Orlando markets. Previously, she held positions with American Cities Business Journals and Florida Trend.

Versaggi is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties; the Building Owners and Managers Association and Commercial Real Estate Women of Tampa Bay. She has served on the board of directors of both Naiop and BOMA, and was twice recognized as the allied member of the year for BOMA Tampa Bay.
