NorthMarq Provides $13M Bridge Loan for Manufacturing Facilities

LOUISVILLE, CO-The Denver regional office of NorthMarq Capital Inc. arranged interim financing totaling $13.3 million for two high-tech manufacturing facilities located at 1450 Infinite Dr. and 1450 Centennial Ct. in this city along the US 36 corridor outside of Boulder.

The properties, constructed in 1996, total 153,673 sf and sit on a 20.31-acre site. Common areas include a cafeteria, fitness center and mechanical areas. Jeff Fabian, vice president; along with Elaine Kramer, senior investment analyst of NorthMarq’s Denver office, arranged the financing on behalf of Triumph 1450, LLC and MRA Desert Villas, LLC.
