BOSTON-The housing market, investment sales and a leasing outlook will be just among the topics at tomorrow’s RealShare Boston event. Conference attendees can also expect to hear from some of the top names in New England real estate discussing the challenges faced by this market. The series, which is being presented here for the first time, is sponsored by Real Estate Media, parent company of GlobeSt.com.

Real estate professionals from across New England will gather at the World Trade Center on Tuesday for the conference to hear from the likes of John Fowler, executive managing director of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP; Andrew Hoar, president and co-managing partner with CB Richard Ellis New England; Bill McCall, Jr., president of McCall & Almy Real Estate Advisors; and Kyle Warwick, New England regional director with Spaulding & Slye Colliers. All four will be part of a Town Hall panel that will discuss the challenges facing New England’s real estate market. Other panel discussions will include topics on tenant-in-common investing, the city’s Downtown market, debt and capital markets and the outlook for leasing, investment and development.

More than 200 real estate professionals are expected to gather as the conference opens with remarks by Jonathan Schein, president and chief executive officer of Real Estate Media, followed by a keynote address by Eric Sheffels, president and chief investment officer for Leggat McCall Properties LLC. Sheffels will present his perspective on the metro-area market and what a company needs to do to evolve in a challenging real estate market.

Michael Desiato, editorial director of GlobeSt.com and group managing director of Real Estate Media, will take on James Rappaport,” when he questions vice chairman of New Boston Fund, during the popular “Inside the Real Estate Mind.” Rappaport will speak on a variety of topics during the discussion, including his political aspirations and the interaction between the state’s political and business communities.
