Robert Allen Group Relocates to Foxboro

FOXBORO, MA-The Robert Allen Group, a designer and marketer of decorative fabrics and furnishings to the interior design trade, has relocated its operations here. The company, currently headquartered in Mansfield, signed a lease at 225 Foxboro Blvd., as the sole tenant in the 48,250-sf office. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

James Nicoletti, executive vice president/partner, and Stephen Clancy, executive vice president, of CB Richard Ellis Whittier Partners, represented Robert Allen. Senior directors Catherine Minnerly and JP Plunkett of Cushman & Wakefield represented landlord Park Square Realty.

Located just off Route 140, 225 Foxboro Blvd. is a two-story red brick building in the Foxboro Business Center, a nine-acre office park in Foxboro. It features a two-story skylight atrium, a cafeteria with an outside patio and shower rooms with lockers.
