CORONA, CA-Solar Properties Inc. has purchased an industrial building of nearly 31,000 sf for a move from Pomona into space that will serve as a parts manufacturing facility for Solar, according to NAI Capital Commercial. Solar bought the building at 13445 Estelle St. from Limo’s by Tiffany Inc. for approximately $2.5 million, reports Chris Hauso of NAI Capital Commercial, who represented the seller. Solar Properties was represented by Don Archer of McKenna & James. Limo’s by Tiffany also will be relocating to a larger facility elsewhere in Corona, Hauso notes.

The Corona transaction was one of several industrial deals to close recently in Orange County and the Inland Empire involving small investors and owner-users. In Orange, a private individual acquired a 21,517-sf industrial building at535 W. Walnut from the Rethwisch Family Trust for $2.2 million. Brian Williams of Voit Commercial Brokerage’s Anaheim Metro office represented the buyer, with Greg Diab of Lee & Associates representing the seller.

In another deal in Orange, Dave Bang Associates purchased a 10,185-sf industrial property at 1885 N. Main St. from two individual investors for $1.2 million. Mitch Zehner and Louis Tomaselli of Voit’s Anaheim Metro office representedthe sellers. The buyer, which manufactures playground equipment, was represented by Steve Eberle of the Eberle Co.
