Condo Tower Breaks Ground

MIAMI-DH Griffin Construction Co. has begun construction on Solaris at Brickell Bay, a 22-story, boutique condominium project slated to rise in the city.H&H Development Co. is the project’s developer. Amenities will include a high-tech fitness center, a landscaped sun deck with a pool, a spa with a whirlpool and a sauna overlooking the bay. The clubhouse will include a lounge, a bar, a billiards table and an entertainment center.
