GVA Williams Picks Up Portfolio Assignment

PARSIPPANY, NJ-GVA Williams of New Jersey, based here, has been named exclusive leasing agent for a portfolio of nine office and industrial/flex facilities. The assets, owned by a partnership, are situated in Morris, Essex and Middlesex counties in Northern and Central New Jersey.

Totaling a combined 355,000 sf, the portfolio includes three office buildings and a half dozen industrial flex facilities. Further details on the buildings and their locations were not released.

For GVA Williams, a four-person team has been put together to market and lease the buildings. They include Lori Zuck, assistant vice president; John Potter, associate director of corporate services; Janice Saxton, director; and Jamie Drummond, associate director.

“The owner required extensive market knowledge,” Zuck says. “And we formed a team experienced in this region and product area.”
