B&G Signs Lease Deals for 210,000 SF

MELROSE PARK, IL-B&G Warehouse Sales, Inc. has renewed its lease for 130,000 sf at 2000 George St. here and is taking an additional 80,000 sf of warehouse space at 1750 N. 25th Ave. The deals are worth a combined $4.2 million.

The building at 2000 George St., sold by Home Juice late last year, includes 10,000 sf of office and showroom space.

Epic/Savage Realty Partners principal Joel Friedland, SIOR represented B&G Warehouse Sales, which specializes in liquidations, closeouts, and overruns of consumer products.

In an unrelated deal, Allied Building Products Corp. signed a 37,600-sf lease at 5701 W. Ogden Ave. on Chicago’s West Side, bringing that 236,800-sf building owned and partially occupied by U-Stor-It Group to 100% occupancy.

NAI Hiffman senior associate Brian W. Colson represented Allied Building Products Corp. in negotiations with NAI Hiffman executive vice president Daniel P. Leahy, SIOR, who represented U-Stor-It Group.
