Winhere Signs 60,400-SF Lease at Turnberry

HANOVER PARK, IL-Cigna Management has filled a quarter of its 240,000-sf warehouse at 5800 Turnberry Dr. with a lease with Winhere Automotive Inc., which is relocating its US headquarters from Los Angeles. The newest tenant in the Turnberry business park, which distributes automotive brake drum and rotors, is based in China.

Todd Benson and Blake Chroman from of CB Richard Ellis’ Schaumburg office represented Winhere Automotive Jeff Kapcheck and Ron Behn from Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler handled negotiations on the 60,400-sf lease for Cigna Management.

In an unrelated deal in northern DuPage County, MVP Packaging Inc. leased 11,690 sf at 246-48 Beinoris Dr. in Wood Dale. HSA Commercial Real Estate executive vice president and managing director Tim Thompson represented Dallas-based Prentiss Properties LLC in negotiations with Elise Couston of Paine Wetzel.
