Air Carriers Logistics Renews 17,865-SF Lease

MIAMI-On the heels of several new leases inked at Beacon Centre here another company, Air Carriers Logistics, has renewed its 17,865-sf industrial lease.

The company is located at 1600 N.W. 84th Ave. and has been a tenant at the park for three years. The short-term deal is valued at approximately $200,000.

Jose I. Juncadella, David Spillers and George Pino of Codina Realty Services Inc. ONCOR International represented both Air Carriers Logistics and the property owner, AMB Property.

Beacon Centre is a 2.3 million-sf, class A, mixed-use business park and it is approximately 97% occupied. Brokers have been encouraged by the leases signed at the park this year, which have totaled hundreds of thousands of sf and are partly the result of an aggressive marketing campaign. The building that Air Carriers Logistics is located in is 100% occupied and has a total of 76,000 sf.
