$4.6M in Financing for 58,655-SF Building

HINGHAM, MA-Permanent mortgage financing in the amount of $4.6 million has been secured for the ADP Building on behalf of its owner, an affiliate of the Campanelli Cos. Legg Mason Real Estate Services/Spectrum Financial and EagleBridge Capital cooperated to arrange the financing.

According to Legg Mason executives, the mortgage financing was arranged with a leading national institution lender.

ADP–Automatic Data Processing Inc.–provides computerized transaction processing, data communication and information services worldwide. The building is occupied by a division of the company’s brokerage services group.

The building contains 58,655 sf of office, production and warehouse space and is situated on a nearly seven acre site at 60 Research Rd. in South Shore Park. The office/industrial park is located off Derby Street near the intersection of Route 3, about 16 miles south of Boston near Route 128.
