Coldwell Banker Commercial Has New Affiliate

PARSIPPANY, NJ– Coldwell Banker Commercial, the real estate brokerage franchiser based here, has created a new affiliate in central Pennsylvania. The affiliate is actually the pairing of Steve Rotz, associated with Coldwell Banker Commercial in York, PA, with Bennett Williams Inc.

“By teaming up with an already existing Coldwell Banker Commercial affiliate, we’ll realize an even greater potential for growth,” according to David Nicholson, president of Coldwell Banker Commercial Bennett Williams Rotz. The firm will maintain offices in Lancaster, Mechanicsville and York, PA.

Bennett Williams specializes in industrial, property management and retail real estate services, acting as a broker for more than $100 million a year in commercial sales and major projects. The Bennett Williams Retail Division, which specializes in tenant representation as well as the leasing and management of more than one million sf of retail space, has a client list that includes Pier 1 Imports, Talbot’s, McDonald’s, Ruby Tuesday, Biaggi’s, Williams-Sonoma, Ann Taylor and Hollywood Video.
