Passco Names Asset Director

SANTA ANA, CA-Passco Real Estate Enterprises Inc. has promoted Alan C. Clifton from senior asset manager to director of asset management. In his new role, Clifton will oversee asset management for all of Passco’s retail holdings in Southern California, including all operational and leasing activities. His responsibilities will include the hiring and management of the company’s property management and leasing staff as well as evaluating Passco’s assets for possible disposition.

Along with Clifton’s appointment, Passco chief operating officer William Winn announced the promotion of Bonnie A. Geivett from operations manager to asset manager for the company’s northern and central regional portfolio.

Passco’s portfolio in California comprises more than 3 million sf of retail centers, including Lancaster Commerce Center, a 556,000-sf neighborhood power center in Lancaster; Rolling Ridge Plaza in Chino Hills, Belle Mille Landing in Red Bluff, Rancho Cordova Town Center in Rancho Cordova, and Sierra Vista Plaza in Murrieta.
