Vista Bowling Center Sale Closes

MIAMI-Vista Bowling Center Ltd. of Miami, FL, has closed on the sale of its 61,200-sf building in West Palm Beach to St. Anthony’s Building Partnership. The $2.5-million price tag equates to $40.85 per sf. The vacant property, the former Vista Bowling Center, is located at 2101 Vista Parkway in Vista Center.

The new owner, also of West Palm Beach, is apparently weighing some options. These include conversion of the building into a skating rink or leasing it out as office or call-center space, Robert Smith, one of the brokers in the transaction, tells GlobeSt.com.

St. Anthony’s Building Partnership has sought zoning changes for the one-story property, built in 1989. It is zoned as recreational, and the company wants office there as well, Smith says. Smith and Jeff Kelly both with the Palm Beach County office of CB Richard Ellis Inc., represented Vista Bowling Center. They were the only brokers involved in the transaction.
