Two-Building Industrial Park Sells For $3.4M

ESCONDIDO, CA-A two-building industrial complex in Escondido has traded hands for $3.4 million.

Pinamonti Investments has acquired the 42,871-sf property, known as LinMar Center. Located on a 2.37-acre parcel at 1914-1924 W. Mission Rd., the complex was completed in 1980. Renovated in 2001, the multi-tenant industrial park consists of units that range from 1,440 sf to 8,463 sf. It is 96% leased, with tenants including Boomers Modern Floors, Coast Manufacturing Inc. and Q-tech Computers.

Joe McDermott of Coldwell Banker Commercial, along with Jay Alexander and Daniel Knoke of Colliers International acted on behalf of Pinamonti Investments. The same brokerage team also represented the seller, LinMar LLC.

The deal follows on the heels of another industrial transaction in San Diego County, in which Sammy Holding Co. Inc. and the San Diego Union-Tribune inked separate leases for 67,000 sf at NorthPointe Tech Center in Carlsbad. The transactions have a combined value of $6.7 million.
