JPI Develops 301 Multifamily Units

PLYMOUTH, MN-Work has begun on a 301-unit multifamily rental project in this Minneapolis suburb. Jefferson at Plymouth located on 16 acres at the northeast corner of County Road 10 and Quinwood Lane North, is Dallas-based JPI’s first foray into the market.

“This is by far one of the most exciting projects we’ve had the privilege to develop,” says JPI regional vice president and managing partner Brett Denton. “It represents some of the best quality and lifestyle amenities in the multifamily housing market, and we’re very excited to be the ones bringing this type of lifestyle community to the Twin Cities.”

Plans for the luxury community include an 8,000 square-foot clubhouse with a movie theatre. It also will have a commercial-quality exercise facility, business center and pub room.

JPI is developing multifamily projects in more than 20 states. It manages and leases 22,000 units nationwide.
