Panametrics Leases 11,000 SF At Minolta

HOUSTON-Panametrics, Inc., a Massachusetts-based high technology firm that specializes in research and development in the physical sciences, with particular expertise in the area of acoustics, chemistry, and radiation physics, has leased 10,891 sf of industrial space at the Minolta Building at 7255 Langtry #100 in Houston. The building is located between Texas 290 and Hollister in the Big Box area of town.

The Minolta Building, a 20,877 sf, one story building in northwest Houston, is 52% leased and has a clear height of 12 feet. The building is considered a flex/warehouse structure.
