SW Museum Service Heads for 34,763-SF Warehouse

HOUSTON-International Museum Corp., which does business as Southwest Museum Service, has leased a 34,763-sf industrial warehouse at 6399 Windfern in northwest Houston.

Ron Roberson of Houston’s Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group represented Southwest Museum Service in the lease. Jeff Everist of CB Richard Ellis’ Houston team represented the building owner, TCB 6, LP. The new tenant will be relocating from 8100 Blankenship Dr.

In an unrelated sales transaction, Tajian Enterprises Inc. has purchased 45,742 sf of land that is targeted for an automotive center. The site is located at Texas 6 Easton Commons in northwest Houston’s Copperfield area. Keith P. Grothaus of Caldwell Watson represented the seller, Terry S. Ward. Keith Edwards, also of Caldwell Watson, represented the buyer.

Caldwell Watson specializes in the northwest submarket of Houston. Its high-profile clients include Dynegy, Exxon, and ProLogis Trust.
