Hyatt Commits to Pritzker Office Tower

CHICAGO-Hyatt Corp. has made it official -– it will rent about 380,000 sf in an office tower to be built beginning early next year at the northeast corner of Monroe Street and Wacker Drive. The West Loop building, being developed by Higgins Development Partners and Pritzker Realty Group, will be called Hyatt Center.

The Pritzker family’s holdings include the hotel firm.

In addition to Higgins Development Partners and Pritzker Realty Group, the development team includes designer Sir Norman Foster, the architectural firm of A. Epstein & Sons International and leasing agent J. F. McKinney & Associates.

“The Hyatt Center will be the finest, most technologically advanced office building in Chicago,” says Higgins Development Partners Chairman Jack Higgins. “Hyatt Center’s excellent location will offer tenants unparalleled access to public transportation and will feature an array of desirable amenities and a highly efficient floor plate design.”
