Douglas Bibby Named President of NMHC

WASHINGTON, DC-Douglas M. Bibby has been named president of the National Multi Housing Council, succeeding Jonathan Kempner who is now with the Mortgage Brokers Association. From 1983 to 1999, he worked for Fannie Mae in a variety of posts including assistant to the chairman/CEO; chief administrative officer; senior vice president, communications; and senior vice president, human resources and training. Most recently he was president of Ardsley Consulting LLC.
