Jeb Bakke Named SVP With CB Richard Ellis

SAN DIEGO-Jeb Bakke, a team leader with CB Richard Ellis’ office group, has been named SVP with CB Richard Ellis’ Central office.A 17-year veteran in commercial real estate, Bakke and his team specialize in institutional office/corporate headquarters, R&D, Class A and B property sales, leasing and redevelopment in suburban San Diego.

Bakke joined CB Richard Ellis in 1984. Throughout his tenure with the company, he and his team have been involved in a wide variety of office leasing, sales and land transactions throughout San Diego County, with an aggregate value exceeding $640 million.

Continually ranked among the top office brokers in San Diego County, Bakke was honored as a top-five producer in the Rancho Bernardo office and was a two-time winner of his region’s “Dealmaker of the Year” award.

He is a graduate of the University of Colorado and resides in Poway.
