Houston-Based Administaff Opens Third Bay Area Office

HOUSTON-Administaff Inc., based in Houston, will open its third San Francisco Bay Area office, to serve small and medium businesses.

The new sales office is located at 2999 Oak Rd. in Walnut Creek. Thomas Mangini has been named district manager for the new location.

“We chose to expand our operations in the East Bay area,” says Jay E. Mincks, Administaff’s executive vice president of sales and marketing, “because we are witnessing an increasing number of established companies migrating their operations here for real estate and lifestyle-related reasons. Administaff wanted to capitalize on this trend.”

The San Francisco Bay Area has more than 40,000 businesses that fit Administaff’s target profile. The new office is number 31 in the company’s nationwide expansion plan aimed at an eventual total of 90 sales offices in 40 strategically selected markets.

Administaff’s 17 metropolitan markets comprise half a million targeted businesses with 8.5 million employees, and include Atlanta, Austin, Baltimore, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, New Jersey, New York City, Orlando, Phoenix, San Antonio, San Francisco, St. Louis and Washington, D.C.
