Medical Building Fetches $16 Mil

LOS ANGELES--Parkside Medical Center in Santa Monica is acquired by a local group of investors.

LOS ANGELES–A locally based private partnership has paid more than $16 million for the Parkside Medical Center in Santa Monica.KWI Parkside Medical LLP acquired the two-building complex located at 2336 and 2428 Santa Monica Blvd., about a block away from St. John’s Hospital and Health Center. The 62,000-sf project is anchored by UCLA Medical Group and is 92% leased.The West LA office of NAI Capital Commercial represented the seller, another private partnership known as Prin-Car LLC. The buyer represented itself.
