NEW YORK CITY–GlobeSt.com has forged a strategic partnership with CRESA (Corporate Real Estate Service Advisors) Alliance, North America’s largest organization of corporate real estate advisory firms focusing on corporate services and tenant representation. Under the agreement, CRESA will provide GlobeSt.com with market data, trend information and tenant-perspective overviews for each of the 25 regions covered by GlobeSt.com’s network of journalists. Through the agreement, the GlobeSt.com site will also include links to up-to-date market report pages for each region.

“The editors at Real Estate Media have always been impressed with the accuracy and comprehensiveness of CRESA’s annual print publication, ‘Tenant’s Guide to North American Markets,’ and saw a fit for the market information on our new site,” says Michael Desiato, group managing director of Real Estate Media Inc. and editorial director of GlobeSt.com. “We are committed to providing our viewers with the most accurate news, and this partnership is a critical step in our ongoing campaign to be the primary destination for original and timely commercial real estate-related content on the Internet.”

“GlobeSt.com is an excellent on-line network for the dissemination of timely and accurate industry news,” says CRESA chief spokesperson and CRESA Partners president and CEO Michael Dow. “CRESA is excited about its role as a contributor to GlobeSt.com–a site that is sure to become a dominant source for commercial real estate news.”

Headquartered in Dallas, CRESA has offices in more than 40 North American cities, and through its strategic alliance with Weatherall International, it has access to more than 100 markets worldwide. The CRESA Alliance consists of 34 member firms, 12 of which are jointly owned as an independent company: CRESA Partners, LLC.

GlobeSt.com, LLC is owned by U.S. Equity Partners, L.P., a private equity investment fund sponsored by Wasserstein Perella & Co. U.S. Equity Partners is a leading investor in the rapidly growing on-line media and Internet space, particularly in professional vertical markets.
