IBM has leased 33,000 sf of space at 281 Winter St., a three-story, 67,000-sf building sited just off Route 128. That brings the property to 100% occupancy, with other tenants including Lightbridge, United Healthcare and ATV Capital Management.

William Magner, senior vice president of Spaulding & Slye Colliers’ Washington, DC, office, represented the tenant. James L. Elcock, senior vice president of Meredith & Grew, acted on behalf of the owner, SPP Real Estate. The building is managed by Spaulding & Slye.
