HOUSTON—A new business park is underway on the West Belt in the rapidly growing west Houston area. The project is being developed by InSite Realty Partners and Eastgroup Properties. The business park, located near Bissonnet Street, is called Techway Southwest Business Park.

Three warehouses with a total of 500,000 sf will be constructed there, according to Houston-based InSite. The first building, a 126,000-sf spec building, has just begun construction. The business park site was purchased from the Mesa Corp.
