Robert Lockhart, founder and chief executive officer of Kinloch Holdings Inc., has resigned.
Lockhart, former president and chief operating officer of Hilb Rogal & Hobbs Co., launched Kinloch in October 2006 following its acquisition of Genatt Associates Inc.
He has resigned to pursue other opportunities. Steve Genatt, a principal with the firm, will now serve as its CEO.
