SunGard has acquired Delphi Technologies Limited, a Dublin-basedprovider of consulting services and managed professional servicesto Ireland's insurance, financial services, and telecommunicationsindustries. Delphi will become part of SunGard's EuropeanConsulting Services business.

Delphi was founded in 1988 and delivers consultancy services andmanaged professional services to some of Ireland's largestfinancial services and telecommunications companies. With more than140 staff and contractors, Delphi has two main operating divisions:managed professional services, which offers project management,business analysis and testing skills; and consultancy services,which offers outsourced project management and best practiceservices.
