Xactware in Orem, Utah, and AIR Worldwide Corp. in Bostonannounced today they had combined on a new software package forreplacement cost estimating.
|The companies said their property-valuation solution forinsurers called 360Value combines the best features of Xactware'sXactValue and AIR's ISO HomeValue replacement-cost estimators.
|They said 360Value provides component-based replacement-costestimates and a number of associated underwriting solutions fordamaged residential, commercial and agricultural properties.
|Both Xactware and AIR are units of Insurance Services Office,Jersey City, N.J.
