Four States Get IIABA Ed Awards

The four units of the Alexandria, Va.-based IIABA were given theL.P. McCord National Education Award.

State associations in four size categories that have providedtheir members with the best opportunity to broaden their knowledgeof the insurance profession are given the award based on theirinnovation in education, single-best seminar and non-seminareducation services.

In the category of "Less Than 250 Members," the award went tothe Independent Insurance Agents of New Mexico (IIANM).

In the "Less Than 460 Members" category, the award was presentedto the Independent Insurance Agents of Virginia (IIAV).

|

In the "Less Than 1,000 Members" category, the award wasbestowed upon the Independent Insurance Agents of North Carolina(IIANC).

In the "More Than 1,000 Members" category, the honor was awardedto the Michigan Association of Insurance Agents.
