Hartford, Conn., Superior Court Judge Holly Abery-Wetstone’s decision to award Westport, Conn., world travel executive Peter Tauck sole custody of his four children isn’t just a condemnation of Tauck’s ex-wife, whom the judge found falsely accused her ex-husband of child molestation, to the family’s severe detriment.
The newly issued ruling also berated some of the well-paid attorneys for both spouses for exacerbating the bitterness between Peter and Nancy Tauck.
